The famous Buccaneer Club restaurant sits on a cliff overlooking the beautiful Sapelo River, fifteen minutes north of Darien, Georgia. Come and dine with us by the riverside.
The atmosphere is relaxed and the dress is casual.
Since 1953, the Buccaneer has been known for it’s heaping platters of fresh seafood and its sizzlling 20 oz. T-bones. This Captain’s Platter for Two, a local legend, is a real treat for hungry people who like seafood - deviled crab, flounder, trout, shrimp, scallops, and oysters (in season) are included.
In addition to the spacious regular dining area, the restaurant also has two private dining rooms to accommodate groups for meetings, parties, or other special occasions - and all of our facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.
The private dining room seats 20
The Sapelo room seats 125 and is wired for projection and other presentation equipment
